Built and scaled Magnus Care, led operations, and drove growth

From Idea to Impact

I co-founded Magnus Care and led operations, growing the company from an idea to a 30-person team.


The company helped older adults with daily tasks and technology, blending personal support with a human-first approach. 


I built the systems, processes, and structure that enabled sustainable growth while keeping client experience at the core.

Solving Complex Challenges

Problem: The caregiver shortage made it hard to deliver consistent care.

Solution: Automated recruitment and onboarding, cutting hiring time from weeks to days and scaling our team quickly while maintaining quality.

Problem: Lack of caregiver supervision compromised care quality.

Solution: Implemented a real-time tracking and documentation system to keep caregivers, clients, and managers connected, improving care quality and making payroll and billing seamless.

Problem: Many seniors had only minimal caregiving requirements.

Solution: Designed flexible service packages focused on transportation, grocery shopping, and medication pick-up, carving out a niche and setting Magnus Care apart from competitors.

Problem: Older adults unfamiliar with technology were becoming isolated.

Solution: Introduced one-on-one tech tutoring to teach seniors smartphone basics, email, and accessibility apps, helping them stay connected and reducing social isolation.

Growth isn’t just about scaling. It’s about improving what matters.
