I started Magnus Care in 2017 and ran it until 2022, helping older adults with daily care and giving families the practical support they needed during major transitions.

I helped the company grow from an idea into a team of more than 30 employees. I managed people, workflows, cash flow choices, and service delivery, which gave me a real understanding of how a business actually runs.

The work often involved helping families understand their options, navigate complex situations, and make clear decisions during major transitions.

I draw on that real experience to help owners make decisions with clarity.
